Clash between McCain and Joy Behar
Recently there was a confrontation between the two popular stars- McCain and Joy Behar. There was a heated discussion between Meghan Marguerite McCain, a Republican, with her two co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg. Amidst this tension, McCain was interrupted by Behar while she was explaining the hardships being faced by the Republicans in the 2021 elections, and was told that Behar did not miss her even once while she was on a maternity leave.
This head-to-head conversation started when the newly became mother McCain sarcastically asked the co-host whether she was missed by her or not. “oy you missed me so much when I was on maternity leave. You missed fighting with me.” were her statements to which Behar responded “I did not. I did not miss you. Zero.” This was considered as a ‘rude’ reply to the Republican columnist. The rude behaviour on the part of Joy Behar lead to the announcement of a commercial break by the show moderator, Whoopi Goldberg.
